Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca is a 204-bed acute-care facility for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient needs. Accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), CMC is a not-for-profit regional health care organization, employing 800 health-care professionals, with an affiliated medical staff of 180 physicians. Cayuga Medical Center Emergency Department

The Emergency Department is open 24-hours per day, 365 days per year. While the majority of patients admitted to the Emergency Department arrive by ambulance following injuries, accidents, or sudden traumatic illness, patients are also treated for illnesses and injuries that need immediate attention.

Cayuga Medical Center Convenient Care Center

The Convenient Care Center is staffed full-time by physicians, registered nurses, and support personnel who offer medical care on a walk-in basis, without an appointment.

Hours: Open daily 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
