Individuals who meditate, seem to feel better, do better, and find that the practice sustains them in their personal and professional lives.This weekly Guided Meditation Series offers an opportunity for all members of the Cornell community (employees and students) to practice a relaxing and restorative technique supported by scientific research. Sessions are offered Mon-Thurs at a dozen locations across campus. See schedule.
